Loyall's Guest Journey package offers personalized and seamless experience for your customers, creating unique journeys based on their needs and your goals. It also includes a custom red thread based on your loyalty program and website's visual profile, creating a cohesive and recognizable visual identity for your brand.
The package comes with a 12-month contract period with an automatic renewal, with a 1-month resignation period, during which you will have the support of our team and the ability to make 12 changes per year to the guest journeys to continuously improve the customer experience.
