The goal should be to actively recruit members, and gauge employees' performance based on how many members they recruit.
1.1. Instant benefits
Your customers are interested in finding out how they stand to gain by joining your program. Immediate financial benefits are often very effective. Choose one instant benefit in line with your company's strategy.

1.2. Convenience benefits
Convenience and loyalty are often intertwined. As a retailer, you have the opportunity to use elements that enhance customer experiences at a low cost. What is particularly valuable for your customers and still low in cost for your store? Choose one to three convenience benefits that provide high value for the customer and have a low cost for your store.

To encourage a new purchase, it's important to utilize benefits that reward choosing your store. The most common and simple method is automatic bonus accrual, which can be used for partial payment on a subsequent visit. Choose one revisit benefit that encourages a new purchase.
